Love this dish when I worked in Los Angeles. This dish is related to my treasured memory of working in an old lab with many colorful fellows.
Owing to a benefit of globilization in good sense, I recently found sheets of lasagne and bottled sauce of bolognese sold in supermarkets in Hong Kong, and I can make a trial of the cooking lasagne without the feeling of building a babel tower.
Let's see how my lasagne bolognese looks like. Not too bad, isn't it?
However, I didn't put enough sauce but too much walnut, and the kind of cheese I used seems not right. Let see how can make it better in next trial.wi-wi
